Our Culture and Values

At eHealth NSW, we are 'People helping people deliver excellent healthcare' – and so our people are integral to providing an exceptional customer experience and quality service.

Connecting and supporting Australia's largest public health system, the work of eHealth NSW’s 600+ ICT professionals makes a difference every day to the lives of the 140,000 health professionals who provide healthcare to the people of NSW.

Our work may take place behind the scenes but it is so important that without it, the health system simply could not operate.

Our Values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment (CORE) provide our roadmap for how we deliver our work. We live the CORE values through:

Collaboration

  1. We work in teams where we all contribute and share ideas and responsibilities.
  2. We form strong partnerships with customers to deliver a quality service.
  3. We are willing to learn and we welcome new ideas and ways of doing things.
  4. We support each other across the organisation.
  5. We get involved.
  6. We explore alternatives before acting.
