HealthShare NSW delivers its shared services to eHealth NSW from three Service Centres, located in Newcastle, Parramatta and Westmead.
State Wide Service Desk (SWSD)
The SWSD provides 24/7 service. NSW Health employees can contact the SWSD for assistance on 1300 28 55 33 or lodge a ticket on SARA anytime, anywhere.
From 25 July, NSW Health staff calling the SWSD will be offered four call options instead of seven, making it simpler and quicker for them to get the help they need, and ensuring the SWSD can better prioritise clinical issues. Options will include: follow-up on an existing ticket; clinical application or issues affecting patient care; password reset or account difficulties; and all other non-clinical issues and requests.
