At eHealth NSW, we're committed to investing in our people and building their capability, so we can meet the technology needs of NSW Health. One of the ways we're doing this is through the eHealth NSW Digital Academy.
The academy is one of the largest of its kind in Australia.
It will ensure we can continue to build technology, design solutions and create digital innovations that improve the health outcomes and experiences for patients now and into the future.
It includes a range of training streams, focusing on the skills that are critical to our work such as:

- plus new streams to be added as other needs are identified.

The academy leverages our strong partnerships with industry experts. Many of our courses combine industry-leading vendor content alongside our internal products, processes and subject matter experts.
We offer a broad range of learning options – from microlearning to virtual workshops, game days to in person classes, as well as free certifications. Our cloud stream offers full Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure certifications.
With a range of pathways, from foundational to advanced, there is something for everyone at eHealth NSW, regardless of role.

Connect and learn through our Communities of Practice
Another key feature of the academy is the Communities of Practice run by each stream.
The communities provide a place for staff to ask questions, share ideas and continue to learn. They offer the chance for staff to collaborate and put their learning into practice in a fun and supportive way.
